3. Services

ValueOClarity provides personalized consultations and training sessions focused on Inner ethics for business. Each service engagement is scheduled individually and tailored to client needs.

Refunds for services are available if a cancellation request is received at least 7 days before the scheduled session. If a session is postponed by the client with at least 3 days notice, it may be rescheduled once without additional charge. Sessions cancelled within 3 days of the appointment are non-refundable due to resource commitments.

4. Information Products

ValueOClarity’s digital courses, webinars, and downloadable materials are offered as information products. Access is granted immediately after purchase.

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if fewer than 20% of the materials have been accessed. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Alternatively, access may be transferred to an equivalent course date within one year of the original purchase date.

5. Goods

Physical items such as books and printed materials are offered through ValueOClarity.click. All shipments include tracking details.

To obtain a refund, customers must notify ValueOClarity within 14 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back in original condition and packaging. Approved reimbursements will be issued within 15 business days of receipt. Goods showing signs of use beyond inspection for defects are not eligible for refund.

6. Extended Refund Policy

ValueOClarity is dedicated to ethical engagement. All refund requests are assessed promptly. Approved refunds are remitted using the original method of payment. If a purchase is made by credit or debit method, the refunded amount is credited to the same account. In cases where postponement of a service is permitted, the booking may be moved once without extra fee. If an offering is marked non-refundable, this is clearly stated at the point of sale due to the bespoke nature of the service or digital delivery.

7. Amendments

ValueOClarity reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use after revisions constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India without regard to conflict provisions.
